Affiliate Policy

By purchasing DIGITAL STEPS services for its affiliates, you agree to adhere to this AFFILIATE Policy.

To ensure that DIGITAL STEPS AUTHORIZED AFFILIATES ("AFFILIATES") can maintain healthy margins and to ensure that DIGITAL STEPS end users receive a quality sales and customer support experience, DIGITAL STEPS has announced this AFFILIATE Policy (the "AFFILIATE Policy"). DIGITAL STEPS believes that its end-user customers are better served if they have AFFILIATES who market the DIGITAL STEPS Services as premium branded products and who provide an outstanding level of service and support to their end-user customers.

DIGITAL STEPS adopts this Affiliate and Quality Policy (this "Policy") and requires each person, company, or entity (as applicable, an "AFFILIATES") that purchases its services (the "Services") from affiliates or other distribution to agree to comply with this Policy. Accordingly, the terms of this Policy are incorporated into and in addition to any contract entered into between DIGITAL STEPS and the AFFILIATES in connection with the purchase or sale of the Services by the AFFILIATES.

Sales to end users only.

Unless otherwise agreed with DIGITAL STEPS in writing, AFFILIATES may only purchase Services for resale to consumers and end users and AFFILIATES may not resell Services to vendors or distribute them in any way.

Internet sales are prohibited.

AFFILIATES shall be prohibited from selling our branded Products over the Internet unless applicable, approved by DIGITAL STEPS, and executing an authorized Internet AFFILIATE Agreement or other similar agreement governing how it sells online.

Sales are restricted to the territory.

If the AFFILIATE purchases Services under a contract that obligates the AFFILIATES to resell the Services in a geographic territory, the AFFILIATES must comply with that obligation.

Intellectual property.

Unauthorized use of intellectual property on our Services is prohibited. AFFILIATES who comply with this Policy have a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use DIGITAL STEPS' trademarks and copyrights in connection with the sale of the Products. The AFFILIATES shall not alter, modify, or change any trademark or copyright, nor shall the AFFILIATE use any trademark or copyright other than for the promotion and sale of the Services, nor shall the AFFILIATE use any trademark or copyright in any manner that adversely affects such trademark or copyright. Failure to comply with the Policy will result in the automatic revocation of the license granted herein and the total forfeiture of the rights granted herein. DIGITAL STEPS reserves the right to revoke this license at any time for any or no reason.

Inspection service.

DIGITAL STEPS will promptly inspect all Services upon completion and promptly return in the terms of sale any Services that appear incomplete or unsatisfactory at the time of inspection.

Sales practices.

The AFFILIATE shall conduct its business reasonably and ethically at all times and shall not engage in any misleading, misleading, or unethical practices or advertising at any time or make any warranties or representations concerning the Services, except as expressly authorized by DIGITAL STEPS. The AFFILIATE shall comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies relating to the advertising, sale, and marketing of the Services.

Level of customer service.

The AFFILIATES will provide the highest levels of customer service. The AFFILIATES and the AFFILIATES' sales personnel must be familiar with the specific features of all DIGITAL STEPS Services marketed for sale and must obtain sufficient knowledge of the product to advise customers on the selection and safe use of the services, as well as any applicable warranties, warranties or returns. politics.

Customer service channels.

AFFILIATES will maintain customer service email answering and phone answering functions as required by the original Agreement to oversee customer complaints, returns, and other customer service functions. Upon request by DIGITAL STEPS, the AFFILIATE will provide any reports or other information requested by DIGITAL STEPS, concerning a particular Service to determine the date the AFFILIATES purchased the Service, the location where the Service was purchased, and the dates on which the Service was sold. or made by the AFFILIATES to a buyer.

Consumer Safety and Termination of Service.

AFFILIATES will cooperate with DIGITAL STEPS in connection with any investigation of consumer safety claims or any evaluation of termination of service. To ensure the safety and well-being of end users of the Services, the AFFILIATES agree to cooperate with DIGITAL STEPS concerning any termination of the Service or other consumer safety information dissemination efforts.

Service failure.

If a significant amount of Services purchased by the AFFILIATE fails, the AFFILIATES shall immediately report such an event to DIGITAL STEPS.

Report on unauthorized AFFILIATES.

If AFFILIATES have information or suspect, that any person is buying and reselling or distributing Services in a manner not authorized by DIGITAL STEPS, AFFILIATES must immediately notify DIGITAL STEPS.

Other information, documents, and reports.

The AFFILIATE must provide DIGITAL STEPS with all supplementary information, documents, and reports that DIGITAL STEPS may request to validate the AFFILIATES' compliance with this Policy and to support DIGITAL STEPS' customer service and warranty support obligations and initiatives.

Unilateral policy changes

DIGITAL STEPS sales personnel have no authority to modify or grant exceptions to this Unilateral Policy. All questions regarding the interpretation of this Policy should be directed to the AFFILIATE Policy Committee via email.

Termination and Liability Due to Policy Violation

If DIGITAL STEPS determines that the AFFILIATE is violating the AFFILIATE Policy, it may take appropriate legal action, including, but not limited to, refusing to accept orders from the AFFILIATES or instructing its distributors to refuse to accept orders from the AFFILIATES.

Policy Modification and Changes

DIGITAL STEPS reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this AFFILIATE Policy at any time. Unless otherwise indicated, such amendments shall be effective immediately and the continued use, advertising, offer for sale, or sale of the Products by the AFFILIATES shall be deemed acceptance of the amendments by the AFFILIATES.
